Chamberlain Heights is a 124-unit affordable housing community in Meriden, CT, transformed through a comprehensive rehabilitation in partnership with the Meriden Housing Authority. The redevelopment included 25 units of permanent supportive housing, and the community is LEED and Energy Star certified. Westmount Management, Inc. is the property manager.
